The days before our Lord’s return were like unto the days of Noah. People filled the earth in every corner, knowledge had increased such that man could travel swifter than any animal on the land, faster than any bird of the air, deeper than any fish of the sea and indeed travel beyond the heavens to the moon, mars, and other celestial bodies. All people anywhere on the earth could speak with each other. All people on the earth could write to each other and find out news of events all over the earth in the blink of an eye. There was nowhere on the earth that the eye of man did not see, that the ear of man did not hear, or the hand of man not touch.
Mankind had gained control over the animals of the earth, completely subjugating them; he had mastered the substances of the earth, its minerals, metals, ores, and oils. Even atoms and the parts of atoms and matter itself began to be under the control of man. There were nearly 100,000 times 100,000 people living on the earth.
In those days arose a great nation such has never been seen. The people of that nation became powerful upon the earth in every ocean, in the skies, and above the earth. God used this nation to fulfill His promise to Israel, that in the last days He would gather all of the people of Israel, and that all of the eyes of the earth would be upon His people.
This great nation sinned against God. They would not allow the mention of God or his name to their children in their schools, for in those days, in every city, thousands upon thousands of children left their homes from the rising of the sun to it’s setting, to be taught at the feet of teachers appointed by the governments of the states of this nation. Fathers and mothers would give their children over to these schools and give their infants to others to train and teach. Children who knew the ways of the Lord had their ears filled with the lie, and their hearts turned from the Lord by the evil teachers of those days.
The many judges judged according to the lie. The highest judges of the land made it law that a woman could kill her unborn children whenever she wanted. If a man or a woman sought to judge, they would have to agree to allow women to kill their unborn children. They would also have to agree that children should not be taught the truth of the Lord, or mention the name of God, and that sexual perversion was good. Because of this the love of God began to grow cold in all the earth and generations were killed before they were born.
False religion arose in the land. The priests of this religion taught the people the lie, that there is no God and man arose spontaneously from the minerals of the oceans of the earth and progressed from an animal to man. The wicked practitioners of the lie also caused people to believe that the universe and all things arose of themselves from nothing, and not from God.
In those days the Church of the Lord grew powerful, but encroaching evil began to weaken the hearts of followers of the Lord. They began to allow men who lie with men and women who lie with women, doing what is an abomination to the Lord, to lead their congregations, and teach them and their children. The congregations began to teach the lie and commit sin before the Lord. They began to believe that the Word of the lord was mostly a fable. They stopped keeping His commands and stopped teaching the Word of the Lord to their people. Many religions calling themselves followers of the Lord arose, but they followed lies and cunningly devised fables, forsaking the Word of the lord.
However, there was a small church, full of love, who worked diligently to preserve and teach the true words of God as written in His Book. They did not believe the lie, and sent servants of the Lord to all corners of the earth, for God had opened the door for them, that every tribe and tongue and nation might hear the good news of the salvation of Jesus. They were given a little strength. They kept God’s word and did not deny His name.
Because of this small church, God lengthened the time of the end that many more might be saved.
This is the judgment of the Lord upon the mighty nation of states whose gleaming towers scrape the sky, whose tops ascend beyond the clouds, whose wide roads, wider than the height of twenty men, whose vehicles speed faster than the cheetah and the gazelle, “I have judged you and found you wanting. You have subverted the world with your entertainments. You have called wicked, reprehensible deeds good. You have banished and persecuted my people. You have killed your children in the womb. Behold their voices cry out to me, ‘Why Lord? When will You bring an end to the killing of our brothers?’ An ending I will make. A shaking shall come, a tearing asunder. For this is the judgment of the land between the seas. I shall lay waste to your trade. Destruction shall come to your cities. Freedom that you once cherished shall be sold for protection. You shall be captive to those you once saved. There shall be war and you will fear it, for your strength will be gone. You shall become part of the many. After the times of the Gentiles are completed and I gather my people unto me, you and your land shall serve the man of lawlessness, and you will receive the judgments that will pour out upon the world in those times.”
In those times many repented and came to a knowledge of the Lord an discipled themselves to Him, meeting in many homes and together to follow Him. The love of the Lord flowed from their hearts and they rejoiced and praised Him with singing and rejoicing even in their time of trouble. They immersed themselves in His Word. And the Lord loved them.
